Notes

Source note: The source recalls serving this on a Sunday evening to a granddaughter, her husband, a five-year-old great-grandson, and cousins; the children called it grandma's chicken soup and loved it. It was served with salad, turkey brats, and homemade elderberry jelly on bread.
