Philadelphia Spinach Dip

A chilled spinach dip with cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, water chestnuts and red pepper.

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup chopped red pepper

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese spread, sour cream, and salad dressing mix in a medium bowl until well blended.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients; cover.
  • Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.
  • Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables.
