- 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 env. Knox gelatine
- 1 c. hot pineapple juice
- 2 doz. graham crackers crust
- ½ c. melted butter crust
- ½ c. sugar crust
- 2 c. whipping cream whipped with 1½ c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, or use 1 large Cool Whip
Reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle over top of dessert. Mix each package Jell-O with 1½ cups hot water. Chill until firm, then cut into cubes. Should chill overnight. Soften the Knox gelatine in ¼ cup cold water, then dissolve in hot pineapple juice. Cool, but not set. Fold the gelatin mixture into whipped cream or Cool Whip, then fold in the Jell-O cubes. Pour over graham cracker crust.
Source note: This makes a good Christmas dessert. If you want more color, you could add a box of lemon Jell-O.
Source fidelity note: The printed method calls for ¼ cup cold water to soften the Knox gelatine, but that water is not listed in the ingredient list.
