Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • ¾ cup black olives sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ cup ham chopped
  • 1½ lb rotini pasta

Instructions

  • Combine green and red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, olives, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, basil, olive oil and vinegar.
  • Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Combine Ranch dressing with oregano and add ham.
  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Combine refrigerated ingredients with dressing, ham and pasta.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Combine green and red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, olives, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, basil, olive oil and vinegar. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Combine Ranch dressing with oregano. Add ham. Cook pasta. Combine refrigerated ingredients with dressing, ham and pasta. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
